Skin to skin contact during assessment is the preference of the practitioner due to greater reliability in palpation and treatment administration.

Sports massage
We’re proud to have a highly experienced and dedicated massage therapist as part of our team. She qualified in 2000 and went on to specialize in Sports Massage in 2006. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, she has successfully treated hundreds of clients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Her treatment style is uniquely her own—developed over years of practice and continuous learning. She incorporates a range of advanced techniques, including training in Advanced Clinical Massage at the Jing Advanced Massage School, Cupping Therapy from The College of Oriental Therapy, and Traditional Thai Massage studied at The Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai.
She is deeply passionate about her work and takes great pride in supporting each client’s health and well-being. Her goal is for every treatment to create a noticeable difference, helping clients move more freely and feel better overall.
She regularly helps clients manage and recover from issues such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, lower back and neck pain, as well as muscular tension in the calves, hamstrings, and quads. Her approach is not only skilled and intuitive, but also guided by a strong belief in the healing power of intention.
